Looking for some practical advice in your transition toward a plant-based diet? These programs will include a vegan cooking class plus discussion/workshop time to answer your questions and help with your transition to a vegan lifestyle.
Each 4 1/2 hour program will include:
- Discussion & materials on topics such as Building Blocks of a Vegan Pantry, Vegan Nutrition, Navigating Social Situations, Feeding Children and more
- How to create your personal weekly menu
- A hands-on cooking class and meal together
- Copies of all of the handouts and recipes used in the class
