When you want to make a big change, having the support you need is crucial. When I first wanted to transition from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet many years ago, it was very challenging. But when I had a supportive community and people to give me ideas and information, it became easy for me to do. Now, I want to help you make the change!
What does success look like for you? Where would you like to be in 6 months? Living a healthy and active life, eating delicious meals filled with fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and beans? Eating colorful plant-based meals, prepared simply and easily every day? Entertaining guests with dinners that they can’t believe are vegan? That’s what I’m here to help you accomplish. A completely customized plan to help you transition to a vegan diet, eating the foods you love and having the skills to prepare them.
This program is designed to start with a completely customized, hands-on cooking experience to give you recipes and practice making them to get you going immediately. It includes additional recipes, all chosen to use foods that you already enjoy, and menus to plan your days. This initial class is followed by Zooms or phone calls over the following 2 months, as well as text/email support the whole time. I’m yours to answer any questions and give any support you need during this important time in your transition.

When you register for the Transition to Vegan program, you’ll receive:
- a personalized 2 1/2-3 hour in-home vegan cooking class for up to 4 people (includes 5 recipes and 5 menus that incorporate the recipes)
- 2 weeks of menus, customized to your food preferences
- bi-monthly 30 minute check-ins via phone or Zoom over the 2 months following the class
- email/text support for 2 months following the class
All of this is included in the course fee of $995. Upon registration, I’ll contact you to start preparing for your initial hands-on cooking class and your recipes and menus to get you going!
