Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite Raw resources. Every so often, I’ll write about a product or service here, and be assured that they will always be ones that I love and use myself.
As my diet becomes more refined, I find that Raw foods are among the ones that bring me to feel the best. When I eat more raw, I tend to have more energy, need less sleep, and feel better in general.
I still eat cooked foods, and they will always be a part of my diet, but I enjoy playing around with different amounts of raw, and experimenting with a wide variety of foods and combinations. Some days are 100% raw, others incorporate a bit of cooked food, and some times include more cooked.
One of my favorite resources is Kristen’s Raw ebooks. Kristen has a great story, having gone from corporate-working, protein shake-drinking bodybuilder, to high-raw vegan mom.
Kristen has several ebooks that cover so much, including transition recipes, chocolate, hemp, desserts, holidays (one of my favorites!), soups, and more. Her recipes include German Chocolate Brownies (incredible!), Flying Dragon Broccoli (an amazing side dish), Sunny Lemon Cheesecake, and Chinese Hemp Noodles.
