I am in the midst of a program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY, training to be certified as a health & wellness coach. Part of my work involves practicing taking health histories, so I’m looking for volunteers for this.
Not much time is needed ~ about 10-15 minutes to fill out the health history, and another 15-20 minutes talking by phone to go over the questions. I can’t give advice at this phase (that would come later!), so it’s just a time for me to get practice in going over the histories with people.
