Ideas for a Vegan Thanksgiving

We’re now in the midst of that time of year when we are surrounded by the most food ~ Halloween through New Year’s, with its abundance of parties and social gatherings. Really, I think we should be surrounded by food all year long, but that’s just me πŸ™‚

But being vegan or trying to eat somewhat healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up amazing food, great flavors or your Uncle Steve’s pie-eating challenge. Whether you’re creating a fully vegan Thanksgiving meal, or bringing a dish to your traditional family dinner, there are so many options that will wow anyone who tries them. Here are a few to get you going ~

And of course, dessert:Caramel-Marshmallow-Brownie-2

Hmmm… I seem to have a thing for double chocolate, but no pie recipes. I’ll have to remedy that… Β Stay tuned for a pie recipe, more brussels sprouts (I love them!) and another pumpkin-y main dish coming up in the next few days!

Thanks for the collection of recipes. I may be making the double chocolate cupcakes for a family gathering this weekend. And, I love seeing my rendition of your tempeh stuffed delicata squash. Thanks for using the picture. I may be making that for dinner on Thanksgiving for my husband and myself. I’d misplaced the recipe, so I’m happy to have it again.

Hope you have a good holiday weekend! I know you’ll eat well. Ha!

Let me know how the cupcakes come out if you make them! Have a wonderful holiday!
